· Knowledge in private security industry
· Payroll processing and preparation of salaries and over-time pay-outs
· Prepares and submits monthly CPF contribution
· Prepares monthly billing invoices and credit notes
· Prepares Employment Contract for employees
· Maintain proper recording and filing of data entry for employees
· Other ad-hoc administrative duties
Requirements
· At least Diploma in Human Resource or Business Administrative related
· Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience
· Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
· Able to absorb multi-task works
