Job Description:
- Understanding the business function and processes mapping to the software
- Evaluate user requests on feasibility and suitability before requests acceptance or rejection.
- Submission report to HQ on request basis.
- Track requests and manage resources management and assignment.
- Manage and supervise the team progress and development.
- Ensure the program is fully tested before development into production.
- Assist developer team in troubleshooting and provide guidance to team member.
- Articulate clear instructions to team lead and ensure resources are fairly allocated.
- Advice on alternate implementation of the new technology or techniques.
- Ensure security compliance of the applications.
- Update or enhance on application/project documentation.
- Give clear directions and instructions to team members to enable them carry out their duties effectively.
- Follow closely to implement project plan and execution.
- Determine the appropriate time to make advancement on projects and move on to further stages. Also, acknowledge when certain strategies aren’t effective and implement change of plans.
- Carry out constant evaluation and adjustment within a specific period of time to ensure that both internal and external factors do not suffer.
- Maintain direct and open interaction with manager to make sure all resources needed for the project are available and also consider the negotiation of amendments to project plans to achieve best offers.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelors Degree required
- At least 5 years of working experience on PHP.
- Some experience in Python, java script and java.
- Preferably some work experience as consultant or business process and ability to articulate the requirement to engineers.
- Experience in digitalisation and business automation.
- Working knowledge of Networking and security. Eg. subnetting and IP addressing as well as firewall rules concept.
- Knowledge of PHP Laravel framework and GitHub usage.
- Knowledge of DNS/PowerDNS, LDAP, Domain, email/Smartermail, Cpanel, MYSQL and WHMCS, Ansible would be added advantage.
- Team player
- Experience in managing remote teams would be an added advantage.
