Job Description:
• Attend to general enquiries via customer channels in a professional and timely manner
• Offer timely and accurate responses to customer questions, comments and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in customer facing role
- Minimum Diploma/Degree or equivalent
