Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the Logistics industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Payroll Specialist to join their HR team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East - easily assessible.
Responsibilities of Payroll Specialist:
- Collaborate with payroll vendor to ensure timely and accurate monthly payroll processing and report preparation.
- Review payroll tasks, including data entry and documentation filing, to ensure compliance with SOP and audit requirements.
- Update SOP for process improvement and clarity as needed.
- Prepare and upload monthly reports to the global HR portal or share with relevant parties.
- Manage monthly benefits administration and handle work injury cases, including submission and reimbursement processes.
- Support annual bonus and salary review exercises.
- Compile statistics and generate reports for management information.
- Participate in compensation and benefits surveys.
- Address Business Partners' inquiries regarding payroll and attendance matters.
- Assist in other HR functions as required.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma with 4 years of payroll experience
- Familiar with Employment Act & CPF Act
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
