Job Description:
- Oversee project and liaise with contractors and suppliers and internal stakeholders on project matters.
- Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measure.
- Liaise with Mall Management on renovation requirements / permit-to-work application.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
- Track and report on project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and recommend corrective actions.
- Manages project plans including budget and resources needed for target achievement.
- Ensure deadlines are met, provide project documentation and provide reports on project updates to management when required.
- Carry out designs and concepts as per drawing details and perspectives.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Design and Building Management, Architecture, or a related field in building/construction or minimum of 2 years of experience in construction projects.
- Proficiency in project budgeting and scheduling is essential.
- Exhibits a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Strong team player and self-driven
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications
