• Work in close collaboration with management and consulting team to design programmes, collateral, support content
• Assist senior consultant(s) in the implementation of various projects
• Develop customized proposals for clients
• Conduct research on needs of clients and come up with solutions
• Maintain good relationships with clients and regularly check in on them
• Stay abreast of relevant industry trends, customers’ concerns
• Track training status and ensure timely documentation of training records
• Gather, analyse and report data required for submission to stakeholders and partners
• Maintain learning contents in Learning Management System
