Responsibilities:
- Obtain sub-contractors and suppliers’ quotation for costing.
- Assist in Evaluate and certify contracts.
- Assist in prepare variations and valuation for projects.
- Update and track major construction material usage.
- Computation of RC work quantities.
- Participate in tendering quantity taking off.
- Perform other adhoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- At least Diploma / Degree, preferably in Building / Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying.
- At least 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in Construction.
- Experience in project management or project coordination with A1 contractor is preferred.
- Strong planning and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines.
- Able to work independently and in teams with minimum supervision.
