1. Marketing Support:
- Assist the Marketing team in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns, including creation of marketing collaterals according to branding guidelines, supporting management and content creation of social media platforms.
2. Business Development Support:
- Assist the Business Development Manager in maintaining an accurate and up-to-date database of business development activities.
- Provide support in tracking of key deliverables, milestones and areas of improvement for ongoing projects. Additionally, assist with other assigned ad-hoc tasks.
3. Event Coordination:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and running events for Singapore Biodesign, including both virtual and in-person lectures, workshops, talks, and conferences.
- Collaborate with the Events team to manage logistics, registrations, attendee communication, and post-event reporting.
4. Communications:
- Support communication initiatives, such as email dissemination from partners.
5. Administrative Support:
- Work closely with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services needed for events. Additionally, take on extra duties and assignments as directed by the marketing and events team.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to create engaging visual content.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools and software.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their use in marketing campaigns.
- Basic design skills and experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
- Proactive and self-motivated team player with a strong willingness to learn.
