About the role:
Incident Management
- Process Incident tickets and provide quality updates , communication/ notification to the customers
- Manage the incident bridge
Documentation and Processing
- Ensures timely and accurate input of access information into the system
- Processes inbound requests from internal stakeholders and IBX sites
- Dispatches Service requests,trouble and alarm tickets
Technical Expertise :
- Builds familiarity with BMS System and basic Datacentre Infrastructure.
- Has knowledge on Service Management framework and tools
- Has working knowledge of Security and Operations best practices
Systems Support and Maintainance
- Process Inbound alerts from essential systems and network elements
- Provide timely response to all IBX related Alarms
- Processes Site Maintainance and Outage notifications
Problem Solving
- Ability to identify and resolve or report a detected problem
- Escalates trouble cases and emergencies as needed to leand and or management personnel.
