Job Description
- Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion.
- Plan and schedule work in accordance to the master and detailed work programme.
- Assist in work scheduling, material requisition planning and project supervision.
- Liaise with consultants for technical issues and coordinate site activities with subcontractors.
- Assist Project Manager in monitoring and managing the day-to-day operations including site progress, quality, safety and project cost monitoring.
- Provide guidance to supervisors in relation to construction works and ensure work progress according to schedule.
- Assist PM to liaise and coordinate with Consultant regarding submission reports and facilitate HDB audits
- Monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
Job Specification
- At least Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years working expereince in main contractor and in charge for main building projects. Have Singapore HDOBTO project expereince is preferred.
- Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills. Ability to communicate well with project principal and subcontractors
- Willing to work 5.5 days per week at construction site.
