- Receive training and perform duties in service/kitchen department
- Assist Outlet Manager/Overall responsible for the smooth operations of the restaurant
- Gain deep and thorough knowledge of the restaurant operation by rotating on each position
- Perform cashiering duties and maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the restaurant
- Participate in initiatives to further improve service standards and procedures
- Observe high standards of mise en place with attention to detail
- Generate daily sales report and present to company's management
- Perform stock ordering and controlling in daily basis
- Perform effective problem solving skill when neccesary
- Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction
- Promote upselling of food and services
- Responsible for planning weekly/monthly schedule of manpower
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by Management
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 to 2 years of food & beverage industry experience
- Highly customer service oriented
- Exhibit strong leadership skills
- Cheerful, and fun-loving individual who likes communicating with people
