The Job
· Perform store duties as assigned by store in-charge and management like achieve sales target.
· Engage in upselling, cross selling and multiple selling for all product categories.
· Achieve store target and contribute to the growth of sales.
· Assist on store daily operation and sales activities.
· Promote and introduce the brand with professional knowledge.
· Manage customer service quality, to meet customer expectations by offering professional and individual human touch with the customer.
· Be able to correctly operate the cashier duties, handle all areas relating to stock transfer, stock inquiry, stock take, and customer database input.
· Ensure store operation standards and daily housekeeping standards are maintained.
· Manage customer’s expectations and complaints.
· Provide the training and coaching to junior sales staff to ensure service standards are always consistently done.
· Maintain proper visual merchandising according to company guidelines.
The Talent
· 5 years or above related experience in fashion/luxury retail in which 2 years in supervisory level
· Passion in Retail Industry
· Highly motivated with good insight of customer service
· Pleasant personality and professional conduct with the ability to work under pressure
· Willing to work according to the retail hours, on weekends as well as on public holidays.
· Experience with POS an added advantage.
