Responsibilities:
- Enter data into accounting software and spreadsheets accurately.
- Assist with preparing basic financial reports.
- Help process invoices and payments for accounts payable and receivable.
- Support in reconciling bank statements and managing petty cash.
- Assist with filing tax returns and other compliance documents.
- Aid in closing month-end and year-end processes.
- Provide general assistance to the accounting team as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
