5 days work per week
Job Duties:-
- Pre & Post contract
- Qty taking off
- Preparation of progress claim
- Final account qty check and submission
- Monitor construction cost within budget
- Contract issue and negogiation
- Preparing tender and contract documents,
- Carry out cost analysis, monitoring cost variations and report
- Ad hoc duties by Contract Manager
Requirement:-
- Minimum Degree holder
- Minimum 2 years experience (Prefer in Infra/civil Project)
- Able to work as a team
- Responsible, detail & careful Attitude
- able to communicate with site team which consisted of English speaker and Chinese speaker.
