Your Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to provide customer service support via phone and email.


What Will You Do

  • To provide customer service support via phone and email.
  • To attend to customer’s enquires on product, RFQ and deliveries.
  • To prepare shipping documents, import and export documentation.
  • To monitor and ensure outgoing shipments being delivered as prescribed.
  • To monitor and ensure incoming shipments being cleared timely.
  • To perform processing of invoice promptly.
  • To extract and tabulate data for report analysis using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • To perform general housekeeping within the workplace and maintain a safe working environment.
  • To perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

What Do We Want

  • At least a GCE O Level or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
  • Able to perform overtime work when required.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
