The successful candidate will be part of the Digital & Web Development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance our customer-facing website, leveraging best-in-class DevOps practices to develop, test, deploy, monitor and operate.
- Develop responsive, mobile friendly frontends for cross browser and device compatibility, ensuring optimal customer experience.
- Develop high volume, low latency, fault-tolerant microservices for multi-channel consumers.
- Develop robust solutions with utmost consideration to security, performance, stability.
- Understand business process requirements to drive detailed design of the application and technical architecture components.
- Configure, build, and test the application or technical architecture components.
- Collaborate with other developers, UX designers, to ensure application requirements and adherence to design systems are met.
- Collaborate with architects and infrastructure engineers to validate compliance to Enterprise standards and ensure proper environment configurations.
- Plan and execute all required process steps as defined in our SIA Agile methodologies.
- Anticipate, identify, track, and resolve issues and risks for on-time and effective delivery.
- Any relevant ad-hoc duties.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or relevant fields.
- At least 4 years' experience in full stack development framework. Fresh graduates will be considered on a case by case basis.
- Ability to collaborate in a team setting and on individual assignments when needed.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills and present complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders coherently, both verbally and in written form.
- Ability to assess and grasp emerging technology trends is a plus.
- Familiar with the following technologies:
- Frontend: ES6, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, SASS, LESS, Bootstrap. Working knowledge on ReactJs and NextJs is a plus.
- Backend: Java. Working knowledge on Spring Boot, Node.js is a plus.
- DevOps: Jira, Confluence, Git/Bitbucket/CodeCommit, npm, Jenkins, Artifactory, Jest, Cypress, Selenium, JUnit, JMeter
- Experience with AWS and Kubernetes is a plus.
