As a Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef, we rely on you to:
- Supervise and control the work of the kitchen personnel in your section
- Assist with overseeing the daily operation of the kitchen
- Maintain the quality of the food provided
- Maintain a close and positive relationship with the team
- Support the Executive Sous Chef on daily operation
- Ensure the food quality is always of high standards
- Review existing menu as required
- Assist in maximising profitability
- Supervise daily operation of the kitchen
- Maintain the food preparation process in alignment with Shangri-La's service and hygiene standards
- Ensure all Health and Safety standards and policies are followed correctly
- Manage the overall kitchen operation
