Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive located in Singapore. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as inventory control, customer service, and order processing.
1. Actively engage with customers to resolve feedback to ensure a high level of satisfaction
2. Liaise with customers on container/cargo/material/ inventory and other administrative and customer service duties.
3. Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and third parties to process order requests from customers.
4. Maintain all shipping and tracking records of customer inventory and movement accurately using the customer’s system and our WMS
5. Generate, maintain, and submit a variety of reports periodically or as and when required
6. Attend to customers’ enquires and requests and keep customers fully informed on GRN, GI, and delivery status.
7. Attend weekly/monthly/quarterly KPI meetings to present progress and KPI scorecards to customers.
8. Manage control measures to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies, and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed, and resolved
9. Oversee team performance through daily engagement and distribution of workload
10. Develop customer business relationships and explore new sales initiatives as and when possible
11. Investigate incidents and accidents and prepare investigation report for submission to the superior and the department concerned
12. Attend to customers’ requests to ensure customer satisfaction
13. Adhere to all company rules and regulations including safety rules
14. Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time
Qualifications
1. Degree or Diploma in logistics and supply chain management, or equivalent qualifications preferred
2. Excellent communication and customer service skills
3. Knowledge of warehouse management systems software is an advantage
4. Ability to work in a team environment and independently
5. Attention to detail and ability to multitask
6. Knowledge and experience in shipping, logistics, and warehousing operations is also a plus
7. Able to perform overtime when necessary
