Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage the Reservations team to meet and exceed budgeted targets.
- Develop the Reservations team to ensure the constant delivery of excellent guest and customer service.
- Ensure all email traffic is monitored and reservations appropriately recorded and checked and to ensure the maximization of all bedrooms and hotel sales opportunities.
- He/She need to have the communication skills, leadership skills, problem-solving skills, financial management skills, and customer service skills.
- To monitor the Agents' calls to ensure correct sales tactics are used and quality service is provided.
- He/She has to ensure all sales and reservations are performed with adherence to the policies and procedures of the company.
