Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with team members on assigned projects, conducting research and analysis to gather relevant insights for the project's success.
- Innovate localized slogans and design concepts tailored to resonate with the target community.
- Synthesize creative concepts generated by the team into actionable plans and comprehensive reports.
- Contribute to the development and execution of effective marketing and advertising initiatives.
- Efficiently manage project timelines and progress by coordinating tasks, fostering communication among team members, and ensuring the implementation of project plans.
- Cultivate client relationships, grasp business objectives, identify target audience preferences, and oversee the progress of research projects.
- Undertake ad hoc responsibilities related to Hua & Hua's international expansion efforts, including tasks such as translating Hua & Hua methodologies, managing social media presence, and providing occasional event support.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or higher education in communication, advertising, journalism, business, Chinese language, or literature is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior experience is necessary.
- Proficiency in communication and presentation skills, including expertise in PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
- Experience living or studying in Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, or Vietnam is advantageous.
