Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for cross-domain integration between SAP and CRM
- Design, configure, and implement solutions that facilitate the integration of SAP SD/CS modules with CRM ensuring data consistency and process efficiency
- Provide expertise in mapping sales, service, and customer management processes across domains to identify integration points and data exchange requirements
- Work closely with Group IT to develop and implement interfaces and data migration strategies between SAP SD/CS and external systems
- Conduct testing, validation, and documentation of the integrated solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and comply with best practices
- Participate in CAB, regular meetings, and discussions with Local and Group IT teams to share updates, gather feedback, and align on project timelines and deliverables
- Provide training and support to end-users on the integrated systems, to ensure smooth adoption and utilization
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in SAP SD/CS modules, with a focus on cross-domain integration
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong understanding of SAP SD/CS modules and their integration capabilities with external systems.
- Experience in coordinating with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful integration projects
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- SAP certifications in SD and CS modules are a plus
- Experience in data migration and system interfaces is desirable
- Willing to travel (30%)
