- Delivering consistently high quality food and drink to customers
- Providing excellent customer service - serving food and drinks, cashiering, taking orders, receiving feedback
- Maintenance and cleanliness of dining areas, bar and service counters, immediate surrounding areas
- Reporting to and advising management of service and bar related issues
- Development and contributing to food & drink programs
- Regular stock monitoring and reporting
- Training and communicating to part time/ad hoc bar staff regarding standing operational procedures
- Assist with and ensuring smooth operations

- Staff meal, 10 days AL, MC up to $250/year, Bonus above AWS depending on performance
Working hours
- 6 days 44hrs
- opening: 9AM(report 830) to 2/3/4PM
- Mid shift: 11AM/12PM to 4/5/6PM
- Closing shift: 4/5/6PM to 10PM
