The HRBP is responsible to manage all aspects of the Human Resource Function of the Group as well as for all of its subsidiary Companies located in various countries.
The scope of the responsibilities is primarily to working closely with the Group HR Manager to formulate & execute the HR Company Policies & Plans for the Fast Flow Group. Policies & Plans comprise of effective recruitment strategies, guidance & consultations on employee recruitment, staff motivation, staff training & development, job performance & Company work policies.
The HRBP needs to provide fact-finding, cause and effect analysis and submit report and recommendation for the management on a case by case basis. Additionally, He/she may be called upon to give effective support and guardian to the profit center so as to meet the target set by the management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1) Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
2) At least 5 years of management experience in HR Environment
3) Able to read and write contractual and legal agreement in English and Chinese
4) To provide translation (English vs Chinese) during meeting between China HQ and our non-Chinese speaking management staff.
