Job Description:
- Manage and ensure the projects operations in a safe, timely manner and efficient to meet internal and customer terms/criteria.
- Liaise with other departments to support project requirements
- Ensure the availability of sufficient resources and competent manpower to support project objectives in line with contractual obligations
- Safeguard organisation’s interests and minimize contract risks while maintain the customer satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments per project procedures to identify and minimize potential issues in executing the project.
- Identify, evaluate, and initiate corrective action in problematic areas, monitoring and rescheduling the project when required.
- Identify alterations to the project scope and negotiating variation orders for customer-driven changes.
- Conduct meetings (internal and client) as required.
- All other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement:
A senior member of the Contractor's management structure B.SC or equivalent in engineering. 15 years related experience in oil & gas, minimum of 10 years project management and controll, including management and cotnrol of multi-discipline EPC contracts. Responsible for minimum of two major projects (>US$100 million). Willing to be relocated and be based in another country.
