6 Months Demand & Supply Planning Executive (FMCG)
Job Duties:
- Ensure supply plans match demand forecasts, especially for new products, production shortages, or sudden demand increases.
- Compile monthly forecasting data, S&OP reports, and KPI metrics.
- Maintain accuracy in the demand planning system and software, spotting forecast errors and missed sales chances
- Handle supply issues by creating inter-company purchase orders (PO), stock transfer orders (STO), and advance ship notices (ASN).
- Create and submit monthly Unconstrained Purchasing Plans.
- Manage intra-regional purchases or sales, including approvals and pricing.
- Optimise inventory levels to meet service and fill rate targets cost-effectively.
- Coordinate monthly purchases of finished goods and point-of-sale materials.
- Work with Sales & Marketing to handle Slow and Obsolete Inventory (SLOBs), identifying items for clearance and write-off.
- Track and update tracker, manage local kit orders, monitor shipments, communicate updates to stakeholders, and provide inventory analysis reports.
Job Requirements:
- Advance proficiency in MS Excel
- At least 1 year of working experience
- Adaptable, proactive, fast learner
