The Client is a global aerospace company.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the operations team to execute the business plan, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity.
- Strengthen the operations team at all levels to consistently deliver predictable results with year-on-year improvements.
- Foster a proactive HSE culture by engaging and empowering team members.
- Ensure operational results by deploying resources effectively to meet KPIs.
- Implement Total Productive Maintenance practices to optimize equipment availability.
- Oversee processes such as headcount planning, skillset determination, hiring, people development, business continuity planning, and succession planning.
- Mentor the operations team and cultivate a high-performance team culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a relevant discipline.
- 5 to 10 years of operations experience in the MRO aerospace industry preferred.
- Effective leadership with a focus on results and change management skills.
- Strong determination to succeed.
- Excellent time management skills, especially under pressure.
- Knowledge and application of lean manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Effective communication with stakeholders, including executive reporting and interaction at senior levels
