The Opportunity

  • Opportunity to work within a global leader in the Cybersecurity industry. The ER Advisor act as the trusted advisor to support the business across the Asia Pacific Region
  • Mon to Fri: Office Hours
  • Salary: Up $8000 (subjected to experience)
  • Location: CBD
  • 1 year renewable contract (Conversion is subjected to performance and company direction)

The Talent

  • Employee Relations experience gained in either an HR role or Employee Relations Advisory role, or equivalent/transferable experience operating in a fast paced working environment.
  • Experience with employment law and effective risk management practices is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Highly organized and strong communication skills
  • Dependable and accountable
  • Ability to establish strong relationships at all levels and across functions within the organization.
  • Effective listener and persuasive communicator able to influence actions and outcome
  • Comfortable operating in Gsuite, Docusign, Workday, ServiceNow and Navex a plus
  • Experience managing sensitive confidential employee and company information

Job Description

  • Educate, mentor, and support leaders in our performance management initiatives, ensuring alignment with our philosophy and values. Offer guidance to leaders to enhance performance and capability across their teams and organizations.
  • Prioritize and address Employee Relations cases, ensuring all employee inquiries and concerns are resolved.
  • Offer assistance and counsel on various employee relations matters, including conflicts between managers and employees, as well as behavioral and conduct issues.
  • Oversee employee relations data, case management, and file organization for ER Partners in the region, providing administrative assistance as needed, such as note-taking, data analysis, and document preparation.
  • Supply data for quarterly business reviews, presenting case outcomes, trends, and data analysis to business partners.
  • Advocate for fair and equitable treatment, ensuring our practices remain aligned with our company's core values: Disruption, Execution, Inclusion, Collaboration, and Integrity.
