- Coordinating with teams regarding inventory needs, stocks ordering / processing, delivery schedule pre-alerts, short expiry SKUs
- Liaison with third-party Logistics provider on Delivery Schedule, variance in Stocks Receiving, missing information in Delivery Order when needed
- Assist for stocks return, stocks exchange and stocks adjustment functions
- Generate various daily, weekly and monthly performance reports in an orderly and timely manner
- Assist with the procurement of centres equipment & miscellaneous items
Requirements:
- At least 2 years relevant experience
- Experience in Salon / Retail Management will have added advantage
- Proficient in using Excel, PowerPoint, MS words
- Those with working knowledge in SAP will have an added advantage
- Highly organized, meticulous, motivated with a strong sense of ownership
- Strong interest & passion in retail operations
Other Information:
- 5 days’ work week, Mon to Fri, 9.00am to 6.00pm
- Office directly connected to Paya Lebar MRT (Paya Lebar Square Office Tower)
