Responsibility:
- Assist Project Manager in project planning and to coordinate and oversee all works on site
- Ensure all the relevant technical details are resolved for smooth execution of works
- Coordinate the inspection of works by Resident Engineer and Resident Technical Officer
- Prepare regular project and test summary reports to provide clear insights into project progress and milestones.
- Handling of technical and engineering problems
- Liaison with client's representative and consultants
Requirements:
- Minimum a degree in Civil/Structural Engineering recognised by the respective Professional Bodies, professional institutions or BCA
- Minimum 5 years working experience in building construction
- Use of Autocad would be an advantage
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and familiar with Microsoft Project
- Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
