Job Description:
- Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to discuss project requirements, scope, and timelines. Ensure all project stakeholders are updated on progress and any changes.
- Analyze project drawings, identify discrepancies among different trades, and propose solutions to address issues. Collaborate with various engineering teams to ensure alignment and accuracy.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, timelines, and resource allocations. Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to the schedule and address any delays or bottlenecks.
- Lead a team of supervisors, electricians, technicians, and other field personnel. Coordinate work assignments and ensure tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, from defining scope and obtaining stakeholder sign-off to overseeing execution and final project delivery. Ensure all aspects of the project meet client requirements and regulatory standards.
- Capable of managing multiple minor projects simultaneously without compromising quality or schedule. Maintain an organized approach to juggling different project demands.
- Possess strong knowledge of building-related works, including civil engineering, structural, architectural, plumbing, piling, and addition and alteration (A&A) projects. Ensure all activities comply with safety regulations and building codes.
- Provide regular project progress reports to management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and mitigation strategies. Maintain effective communication with clients, managing agents, and subcontractors.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- Minimum 2 Years of experience in project management with M&E
- Able to start work in short notice
