Responsibilities:
- Ensure the supply of quality goods and services to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Assist the Manager in creating and analyzing monthly reports.
- Assist the Manager in addressing daily operational issues.
- Provide high-quality customer service support via email and phone.
- Efficiently handle customer inquiries and promptly escalate issues when necessary.
- Manage sales orders for customers.
- Coordinate stock allocation and arrange deliveries for customer orders.
- Conduct regular meetings with customers to maintain close communication.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns.
- Generate and analyze monthly reports on customer service activities.
- Promote and recommend new products to existing customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Excellent in communication skills
- Experience in SAP/ HANA
- Experience in Manufacturing industry is an advantage.
