We are looking for Warehouse Supervisor to be outsourced to our clients from the healthcare industry
Job description
- Coordinate and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put away, and order picking, while ensuring accurate data recording and document retention.
- Optimize warehouse space and resources, including pallet racking and forklifts/reach trucks, for efficient utilization.
- Conduct and reconcile weekly cycle counts to maintain accuracy in WMS system transactions for finished goods, raw materials, and packaging items.
- Handle inventory disposals in accordance with local chemical regulations for damaged, excess, and obsolete products.
- Supervise staff performance, provide training and support, and identify development needs to drive improvement.
- Collaborate with 3PL service providers and internal stakeholders such as production, quality, planning, and customer service to streamline order management processes.
- Prepare and submit monthly KPI reports on warehouse metrics including inventory accuracy, picking accuracy, space utilization, on-time receiving, and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures, 5S standards, safety regulations, and audit requirements.
Requirement:
- Diploma in warehouse/logistics management or equivalent.
- Min 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in warehouse/logistics operations.
- Basic knowledge of handling chemical products.
- Possess a valid forklift & reach truck license.
- Proļ¬cient with data entry and inventory software and systems.
- Experienced in inventory system like WMS or SAP would be advantageous.
