Designation: Sales Manager, Singapore (Hydration)
Job Purpose:
The role of the incumbent is to develop a commercial strategy and lead the sales operations locally. We seek a results-driven, customer-centric individual who thrives on making a profound impact and driving growth in the market. This being an individual contributor role at first, you will lead the sales cycle to support the commercial expansion into new markets and you will also make pitches to partners and customers.
Job Duties:
- Deliver sales targets for the assigned market.
- Design business proposal for new prospective individual/corporate partners.
- Develop and maintain consistent rapport with consumers/partners across all levels to understand their business objectives and growth plans to support maximum collaboration on agreed business targets.
- Using data and statistics, develop a customer proposal for our products and campaigns that is compelling that can increase market reach and penetration.
- Manage a pipeline of activities across various direct marketing channels timed for highest response.
- Collaborate with online team to strategize and execute robust campaigns with a focus on customer leads selection and penetration, product sequencing, value propositions as well as customer and sales agent incentives.
- Perform post-campaign analysis to evaluate key performance indictors and improvements necessary to lift campaign results.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, Exercise & Sports Science, or relevant fields.
- 3 to 5 years working experience in Sports/health & wellness/healthcare & medical industry, insurance, B2B, corporate sales business environment.
- Prior experience working in the healthcare setting. Passion for the health and wellness industry.
- Comfortable to do outdoor sales and communicate with customer on one-to-one presentation.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented, with a passion for driving sales and achieving success.
- Comfortable with multi-tasking independently in a deadline-driven environment.
- Car ownership will be a plus.
