Your responsibilities will include overseeing sales orders, forecasts, and shipments, coordinating with internal stakeholders for production and logistics, managing Unitized Material (UM) shelf-life extensions, handling customer inquiries, and contributing to improvement projects.
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.15pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage BU sales orders, forecasts, and shipments to meet sales objectives for assigned markets.
- Process sales orders (SO) in SAP promptly and accurately.
- Coordinate UM supply with internal stakeholders (Production/QA/Logistics) to ensure timely UM readiness.
- Handle UM shelf-life extensions and related regulatory matters for assigned markets.
- Address customer inquiries and feedback, providing appropriate resolutions.
- Measure and manage forecast accuracy, including reporting for designated markets.
- Process purchase orders (PO) for 1UM sales order from BU.
- Assist HOD in improvement projects and initiatives.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management and/or Business Administration.
- At least 3 years of experience in supply management, preferably specializing in production/material planning.
- Familiarity with supply chain operations processes.
- Proficient in computer skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
