You will be managing the business development work, including but not limited to managing , maintain existing clientele for our business, canvass for new clients, looking for prospects and collaboration partners for the company. We require that our teammates are responsible, independent and mature, in executing their task.
In addition, the ability to communicate effectively and confidently is a bonus. As you may, meet up with customers, excellent interpersonal and presentation skills is an advantage. A good team-player and the ability to work/ perform under pressure.
Identify potential direct customers, build reseller network with mortgage loan brokers, property agents , Architect for company residential renovation services, develop commission and reward scheme.
Monitoring sales pipeline, prospecting and closing deals ensure all projects is on track.
Work closely with the marketing agency and internal team to get leads for business development operation.
Attend to customers’ enquiries by providing timely service and administrative support, ensuring the customer experience is not compromised.
Manage customer enquiries and expectation that come through various channels including telegram, whatapps, emails and referrals etc.
Prepare proposal and quotation to our prospect, potential clients , upselling or cross-selling of services is a bonus.
