JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
(Engineering Assistants & Technicians hirings)
- Drive full cycle of recruiting processes
- Manage recruitment agencies and referral programs to assist on search (if approval is given)
- Conduct Intake calls with Hiring Manager to understand job requirements,
- Sourcing/headhunting, screening & short-listing,
- Coordinating interviews
- Salary proposal preparation & offer management up to the point of on-boarding
- Work closely with HRBP/Hiring Managers regarding job openings to ensure that job specifications, desired qualification and expectation are aligned and clear before sourcing
- Provide excellent customer service and continuously communicating with HRBPs & hiring managers for interview feedback, fine tune search direction
- Provide timely updates on hiring and headcount progress.
- Able to put into practice best in class recruitment including passive candidate sourcing utilizing hiring tools/systems.
- Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
(Operators / Warehouse Assistants / Material Handlers Hirings)
- Manage recruitment for temporary contractors and permanent employees
- Manage recruitment agencies and referral programs
- Coordinate physical interviews and zoom interviews on weekly basis.
- Provide daily overview for hiring against manning headcount for temporary contractors
- Work with HR team in getting headcount and manning to conceptualised hiring plans
- Overseas recruitment projects
- Conceptualised recruitment projects
- Work with recruitment agencies in curating timelines of hires
- Build talent pipeline to ensure that the constant inflow of talents.
- Coordinate entry approval for all employees.
- Talent Onboarding
- Plan on-boarding exercise for new hires
- Offering employment contract to new hires.
- Conduct orientation and curate documents to submit to HR shared services.
- Apply for work permit for new employees if necessary.
- Participate in employer branding exercise for outreach projects
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Essential Requirements:
- Candidates with 1 to 2 years of experiences in rank & file and junior technical staff recruitment
- Entry level candidates with strong ambition to kickstart his / her career in Recruitment or HR will be seriously considered
- MS office skills especially in Excel
Good to haves:
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- JobStreet and / or LinkedIn self-source proficiency
- Knowledge and / or experience in Success Factors Recruitment System will be an added advantage
- Talent Pipeline and recruitment initiatives
- Experiences in interview coordination
- Agency Management experiences
- WPOL experiences in permit application

- 452 Alexandra Road Singapore 119961 (Near Labrador Park MRT Station)
Working Days / Hours:
- 8am to 5.30pm or 8.30am - 6.00pm [Mondays to Fridays]
