Job Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Enhance the company's reputation to attract top talent.
- Oversee the entire hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers to fill positions promptly.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners.
Talent Management:
- Assist the Group HR Director in creating, evaluating, and implementing Talent Management strategies.
- Lead the annual Talent Management process and track individual development plans.
- Support employees in their career growth and monitor engagement levels for improvement opportunities.
Employee Wellness:
- Develop and advocate for programs promoting employee health, well-being, and work-life balance.
- Collaborate on initiatives addressing mental health, physical wellness, and stress.
- Evaluate wellness programs and suggest improvements.
Employee Engagement:
- Utilize employee feedback to develop plans for better communication, recognition, and team unity.
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative culture where employees feel valued and empowered.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management.
- Thorough knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and industry developments is essential.
