Job Description
To create and lead a sales team for a local interior design firm.
Responsibilities
- Report to board of directors on sales plan and marketing mechanism
- Service existing company clients, maintain good relationship and increase sale
- Development potential clients and bring in new business
- Be sales orientated and aggressive in achieving sales target
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by the management
Requirements & Benefits
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales or business development
- Good knowledge in the workflow and market practice in Interior Design and carpentry works
- Flexible working hours and own arrangement on working location
- Periodically report to office for reporting or meeting
- Basic salary + transport allowance + commission, average $8,000/- to $13,000/- per month
