Responsibilities:
The Senior/Principal Engineer will provide ICT & Telecommunications Engineering and Consulting Services to clients in diverse industries, and this position will focus on as data centers. You will be part of the Technology Consulting team, which the team is tasked with developing and overseeing technical delivery for both new opportunities and existing clients. The ideal candidate should possess project management expertise and thought leadership to execute digital design effectively. He/she should be a highly collaborative individual capable of working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
· Data center project exposure and track record. You are to contribute to the IT network design documentation (layer 1), including sharing your expertise when handling RFI and Submittal processes and its review
· Leverage knowledge of technology, products, and services to suggest suitable network infrastructure solutions (and alternative options) for customers
· You are to be accountable on IT network delivery as well as to be part of the designated projects and the necessary action plans entailing the successful network design implementation
· Proactively collaborate with clients to gain deeper insights into customer technical priorities, challenges, and initiatives
· Able to lead and conduct meetings on IT network discussions and coordination. You are to coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure the IT network can support their needed services. This include with the architects to ensure adequate provisions have been provided
Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required for this position
· More than 5 years of network engineering experience, which entails of enterprise IT network delivery experience
· Extensive experience in designing and implementing complex IT network solutions for data center projects across multiple countries will be preferred
· Outstanding communication, presentation, organizational and technical skillsets required. Dedicated to deliver customer outcome-based solutions
· Career experience with a Cisco Partner is a plus
