Key Responsibilities: 岗位职责
- Provide administrative support to the organization's management team;

- Schedule meetings, calendar management, Coordinate travel ticket & hotel accommodation,
Process travel expense claim

- Filling and archiving all confidential documents including timely prepare submission reports for HQ;
填写和归档所有保密文件,包括及时准备跟汇报文件;
- Order office supplies、Updating database for all hardware purchases
and ensure that office equipment is in proper working condition;
订购办公用品,更新硬件采购数据库并确保办公设备处于正常工作状态
- Process travel expense claim
协助处理保险索赔(工伤、团体保险等)
- Responsible for the company's express delivery affairs;
负责公司的快递接收和发送;
In charge of simple pentry job;
负责简单的厨房工作;
Requirements 职责要求;
- Undergraduates or tertiary students studying in Singapore colleges and universities;
在新加坡高校就读的大学生还是大专生;
- Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office applications;
熟练掌握Microsoft办公软件;
- Demonstrated organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills;
具备组织、时间管理和多任务处理技能;
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, remain calm under pressure, and prioritize tasks.
能够适应不断变化的情况,保持冷静,并优先处理任务;
- Exceptional writing skill in English ;
较强的英文写作技能
