· Manage Hotline during office hours
· Prepare Agreement Form, Offer Letter, ICT for new Tenants
· Follow-up closely for Signed Agreement Letter and Giro Form from Tenants
· Manage Inventory Form for tenants checking in and checking out
· Manage Rental payments / Stamp Duties of Tenants
· Management of Waiting List of potential Tenants
· Manage Apartment Units Viewing dates
· Manage Purchase Orders and Quotations
· Manage Key Press and issuing of keys
· Minimum O’Levels qualifications with 2 years relevant working experience
· Customer Service/Hotel experience will be an advantage
