Job Description:
- Assist in the coordination and facilitation (includes pre-visit, during visit and post-visit) of school programmes;
- Manage school programmes bookings and ensure smooth running of these programmes;
- Engage educators in a positive and professional manner while attending to their enquiries and during their visits;
- To be equipped with good product knowledge of school programmes available;
- Maintain accurate administrative records and documentation for school programmes, including survey feedback tabulation;
- Coordinate logistics needed for school and public programmes, including venue booking, preparation of programme materials, setting up of programme venue, contacting Museum Facilitators, and stock taking;
- To assist in other tasks such as getting quotes and sourcing of event/programme materials and services as assigned by Audience Engagement Team.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant field such as education or arts management,
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good written, communication and interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills, able to host teachers and interacting with children and caregivers during programmes
- Able to use good judgement and discretion in maintaining calm demeanor in high volume or stressful situations
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite e.g. word, excel, power point
- Ability to work independently and a good team player
- Prior experience in programme administration/education would be a bonus
Working Arrangement:
Working Hours: Mon to Fri: 3-day work week arrangement (24h/week)
Sat/Sun: Off
Location: Near Coleman Street
Salary: $15/H
