Job Roles:
- Prepare mise-en-place and assist in cooking in accordance with food preparation guide
- Maintain food hygiene, portion control and presentation standards
- Assist to ensure and maintain inventory/stock is in order/sufficient
- Maintain overall kitchen hygiene and cleanliness
- Proper disposal and storage of all food items and waste
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in a kitchen environment
- Keen interest in cooking and willing to learn and adaptable to change
- Proactive and able to work indepently with minimum supervision
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
