Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients and internal teams in the security solutions industry.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot security systems such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine optimal security system solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their security requirements and provide customized solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the implementation of security systems.
- Provide training and guidance to clients and internal teams on the operation and maintenance of security systems.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of security systems and recommend improvements or upgrades.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma Electrical or Electronic Engineering or related field.
- At least 3 – 5 years of experience in the security solutions industry.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
