Production Supervisor (Mould)
Working hour : 8 to 5.45pm Mon to Fri
Working Salary : $3,000 to $4000
Working Location: Woodlands
Responsibilities:
- Organize and supervise daily activities and ensure smooth operations
- Monitor closely of the production processes and implement corrective actions to ensure product quality and production efficiency
- Implement a reaction plan in the event of any abnormal or non-conforming issues and specify a course of action to be taken
- Monitory closely of the production processes and implement corrective actions to ensure product quality and production efficiency
- Coordinate and assign tasks to operators, material handlers and technicians
- Provide training to production team, evaluate and maintain the training records
- Provide suggestions on the machine parameter setting and operational instructions for further improvement
- Ensure production schedule are achieved in customer order
- Ensure work practices and work safety protocols are compliance at all times
- Maintain good housekeeping within the workplace
Requirements:
- Diploma and above
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of plastic injection moulding experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge in injection moulding process and mould set up
