Working Hours:
- Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 5:00pm, inclusive of one (1) hour lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Job Description:
- Attend to enquiries including walk-in, call-in and follow up with customers’ enquiries
- Attend and keep a record of sick/injured students
- Manage incoming and outgoing mails
- Assist in receiving and distribution of goods
- Assist in filing, recording of lost-and-found items and perform other ad-hoc and simple administrative duties as and when necessary
Job Requirements:
- GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level
- Able to speak English and Mandarin
- Possess a pleasant personality and ability to provide front desk services including phone enquiries
- Able to use Microsoft Office software applications
- Preferably have similar working experience in a school environment
