Job Responsibilities:
· Possess knowledge on building services such as air conditioning, mechanical ventilation, water supply, sanitation, gas supply, fire protection, and other mechanical installations will be advantages.
· Prepare detailed mechanical tender & authority submission drawings.
· Preparation and (e)Submission of amendment plans drawings to authorities.
· Assist on BIM execution plan.
· Creation of 3D model content/model using specified design tools.
· Integrating various engineering design software with BIM modelling software.
· Proficient in generative design using BIM or other engineering software.
Requirements:
· Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
· Competent in REVIT or BIM.
· Possesses good interpersonal skills for coordination and collaboration in a multi-disciplinary team.
