Key Accountabilities/ Capabilities
- To perform hunter roles in hunting new business and organic grow in the Air & Ocean freight forwarding and Contract Logistics.
- To ensure that clientele base having a good mix of portfolio to support Sales Strategy and Trade Lane growth.
- To meet Gross Profit target year on year growth set by the company.
- Plan and co-ordinate the sales activities to retain and develop sustaining sales revenue.
Knowledge
- Good knowledge of freight business
- Understanding of Supply Chain concept

- Excellent Microsoft Excel and PPT skills
- Good organisation skill
- Good local thinking and analytical skills
- Customer focus
- Good negotiation skill
- Good written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Good interpersonal skill
- Ability to work under stress
Expected years of experience (Minimum) – 3 to 5 years
Expected Educational Qualifications – Diploma in Supply Chain or Bachelor’s degree
The salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience.
