- Acquiring and building relationships with business leaders / clients in the banking & finance industry
- Advising on and selling suitable solutions for attracting candidates, as well as maintaining a candidate database & talent pool
- Managing end-to-end 360 recruitment from candidate sourcing to interview arrangements to onboarding stages
- Partake in other ad-hoc events & projects
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree / Diploma in any field
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Positive learning attitude
