Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
· Manage and oversee projects from initiation to completion.
· Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
· Coordinate and collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
· Monitor and track project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
· Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
· Manage project documentation and communication.
· Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
· Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
· Manage and provide guidance to project team members.
· Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project management processes and practices.
· Liaise with clients in servicing, monitoring progress, managing the team to ensure project & service quality are meet sustain key account & identify market potential accounts
· Monitor department issues and handle client complaints to create methods to lesson recurring issues
· Develop growth strategy for sustainable service
· Stakeholder management, liaise with internal teams for administrative task eg. managing and updating invoices, processing new orders, tracking inventory and delivery status
· Maintain strong working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, ensuring the company's adherence and remaining current on the industry's standards and new innovations, materials tools and processes.
Requirements:
· · Bachelors degree in mechanical , electrical or energy related engineering or degree in a relevant field.
· Min 5 to 10 years of experience in project management.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Min 5 to 10 years of experience in the upgrading works in chiller plants
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and in a team.
· Proficient in project management software and tools.
· Proven track record in leading a technical team in the successful delivery of projects.
· Process the ability to use data insight to drive system performance improvements.
· Strong technical skills and knowledge of industry best practices, standards, and regulations related to construction and upgrading projects related to cooling, solar, and electric vehicle charging technologies.
